Lucid Dreaming Skills – The Uses

It is important to note that lucid dreaming is a skill that takes time to develop. But for those who have developed it – as I can personally attest – lucid dreaming is a skill that allows you to access your subconscious and discover your most inner desires and fears and live out your personal fantasies. This is certainly a skill that is worthwhile to develop.

Some uses of lucid dreaming abilities:

Live out your personal fantasy:
With lucid dreaming, you can do whatever you desire in your dream. So you can go into a dream knowing what you want to do and just live it out. A lot of people like to go fly around. Others, well..whatever you want!
Understand your subconscious:
Dreams are a place where your subconscious and deep emotions and thoughts express themselves in symbols, images, and all kinds of forms. With some skill, you can interpret your dreams and understand yourself better to be more aligned and at one with your true self.
Improve real life skills:
In lucid dreams, you can practice real life skills and it actually works. By practicing doing things in your dream, you can become amazingly skilled in real life. Some Olympic riflemen actually practice in their dreams to become world class. You can do this with a skill, giving a presentation at work, or telling your crush you love them 🙂
